Been distracted with school and stuff. Haven’t been eating very well. I either just consume a bunch of junk food or I hardly eat at all. Though, recently, I’ve just grabbed a yogurt and a dinner roll for my meals.
I’ve found my water bottle that I actually drink from a lot because it doesn’t involve twisting off a cap. As much as I love my Cthulhu bottle, I don’t drink from it much. So, I’ve been drinking at least 20oz of water a day.
Trying to figure out the best time to exercise with my schedule. Think I’m just going to stick to the stair stepper and probably do some crunches/sit ups, wall ups if I want. Should probably throw some yoga in there.
I’m hoping walking around campus with all those inclines will help a bit with the exercising.
I’ve noticed my calves have more muscle and less fat which seriously surprised me.
The only thing holding me back on a lot of this is that I have to remember it will take time for results to show.
Sleep is still pretty crappy. My schedule is kinda normal, but it’s still hard to fall asleep and I wake up cranky wanting a nap later in the day.
